The 60-second Five Senses Reset

- Feet on the floor. Drop your shoulders.
- Breathe 3 times, exhale a little longer than you inhale.
- Do 5-4-3-2-1 slowly:
- 5 things you can see
- 4 things you can touch
- 3 things you can hear
- 2 things you can smell
- 1 thing you can taste
Say softly: “I’m here. This moment is real. I can take the next step.”
