Due to the personal nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • We offer either a full refund, replacement, or store credit, based on your preference.
  • Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used items
  • Intimate products (edibles, oils, candles, etc.) due to hygiene and safety
  • Items not reported within 3 days of delivery
