Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Indraya, we offer a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read below for our policies on purchase options and cancellations:

🛍️ Purchase Options

We currently offer:

  • One-time Purchases: Standard orders with no subscription or auto-renewal
  • Prepaid & COD: Payment via UPI, credit/debit card, wallet, or cash-on-delivery (select pincodes)

❌ Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped, under the following terms:

🔁 Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them or before dispatch confirmation, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel, email support@indraya.in or WhatsApp us with your Order ID.

🚫 Post-Dispatch Cancellation

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Refusing delivery will be treated as a return-to-origin, and shipping charges may be deducted from the refund (if applicable).

💳 Refund Timeline

  • For prepaid orders cancelled within the valid window, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🔒 Indraya’s Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Payment issues
  • Delivery in non-serviceable locations
  • Suspicious or high-risk transactions

If this happens, we will notify you and issue a full refund immediately.
